Artwork & Copyright Policy

Customer Responsibility
By uploading or submitting any artwork, logo, image, design, photograph, text, or graphic ("Artwork"), you certify that you either own the Artwork or have obtained all necessary permissions, licenses, or authorization to reproduce it. You are solely responsible for ensuring your submitted Artwork does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property rights.
Copyrighted & Trademarked Material
NikNak Creations Co. reserves the right to refuse any order containing copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise protected material if we believe the customer does not have authorization to reproduce it. This includes, but is not limited to, Disney, Marvel, professional sports teams and leagues, NCAA logos, company trademarks, celebrity images, licensed characters, and entertainment brands. We may request written authorization before production.
Customer Indemnification
By placing an order, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NikNak Creations Co., its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or legal expenses arising from the use of customer-provided Artwork. Any legal responsibility resulting from copyright or trademark infringement rests solely with the customer.
Artwork Ownership
Customers retain ownership of the original Artwork they submit. NikNak Creations Co. does not claim ownership of customer-provided logos or designs.
Production Files
To produce your order, NikNak Creations Co. may resize artwork, adjust image quality, remove backgrounds, convert colors, vectorize or recreate artwork when necessary, and make minor production edits. These changes do not transfer ownership of the Artwork.
Design Services
Artwork, logos, mockups, layouts, and designs created by NikNak Creations Co. remain the intellectual property of NikNak Creations Co. unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Customers receive a license to use the completed design for its intended purpose. Editable source files (AI, EPS, PSD, SVG, etc.) are not included unless specifically purchased or agreed upon.
Artwork Storage
We may retain customer Artwork and production files for future reorders and customer convenience. Customers may request deletion of their Artwork at any time.
Print Quality
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all Artwork before production. NikNak Creations Co. is not responsible for spelling or grammatical errors approved by the customer, low-resolution images supplied by the customer, poor print quality resulting from customer-provided Artwork, or normal color variations between digital screens and printed products.
Copyright Complaints
If you believe your copyrighted work has been used without authorization, please contact us with your contact information, a description of the copyrighted work, a description of the alleged infringement, proof of ownership, and your signature or electronic confirmation. We will investigate and take appropriate action.
Right to Refuse Service
NikNak Creations Co. reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order that includes Artwork that is copyrighted without authorization, trademarked without authorization, offensive, obscene, defamatory, illegal, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise violates applicable law.
