Welcome to NikNak Creations Co. ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Orders and Pricing

• All orders are subject to acceptance. We may cancel or refuse an order if pricing is listed in error or if we cannot fulfill it.
• Prices shown on the site are in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping unless stated.
• Bulk discounts and promotions apply as shown at checkout and cannot be combined unless noted.

2. Custom Products

Our products are made-to-order based on the artwork, colors, sizes, and options you select. You are responsible for reviewing your mockup or configuration before ordering. Because each item is personalized, custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange once production has started, except for defects caused by us.

3. Artwork and Intellectual Property

• By uploading artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and you grant us a limited license to use it solely to produce your order.
• We may refuse orders that contain content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, or otherwise objectionable in our reasonable judgment.
• All site content — logos, text, graphics, and design — is owned by NikNak Creations Co. and may not be copied without permission.

4. Production and Turnaround

Turnaround times shown are estimates and begin after artwork is approved and payment is received. We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

5. Shipping and Risk of Loss

Risk of loss passes to you when the order is handed to the carrier. Please inspect your package on arrival and contact us within 7 days if there is a production defect.

6. Color and Product Variations

Colors on your screen may differ slightly from the finished product, and blanks may vary between production runs. Minor variation is normal and not considered a defect.

7. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to breach security, scrape it in violation of these terms, or use it to transmit unlawful content.

9. Disclaimers

The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except as required by applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
